The Uprise of COVID-19 across the planet has meant we have had to see many changes to daily life in the past three months, most notably the cancellation of what remained of Waller's school year. The Class of 2020 wasn't able to receive a normal school year nor able to receive a normal graduation. 

This brings up the opportunity to make it the most memorable to our graduating student's. Not everyone is going to be able to enjoy the privilege of going to a four year institution or be able to seek higher education due to the uprise of Covid-19. The class of 2020 lost almost all of their last senior moments. Waller Isd can calm the minds of students by, allowing the student body to decorate their graduation caps. Of course the caps have to be school appropriate and with the frame of the cap. We were not able to enjoy the creativity of prom nor the adventurist moments of our senior picnic that would have lasted a life time.

So please Waller Isd school board and faculty allow the graduating class of 2020 to decorate their caps for Graduation to make up for what we have lost.
