Change the new Walgreens uniform requirements!

Change the new Walgreens uniform requirements!
The Issue
Excerpt from a Walgreens Leadership employee:
"I have read & heard numerous complaints especially regarding the new Leadership shirts and the mandatory black pants. It seem obvious to me that there was no input from actual leadership in the selection. While I appreciate that the new button down shirts would give us a more “executive” look the practicality of wearing these is absurd for many reasons:
The majority of use spend our days doing a lot of physical labor. A long sleeve button down shirt is too restrictive to unload pallets of water for one example.
A common complaint for all team members is how warm our stores are and having to wear masks makes it feel even warmer. For Leadership that work in southern states such as Florida, Texas & Arizona to name a few, wearing long sleeves all year just adds to our discomfort not just during the summer months.
Take a look at the pictures showing models wearing all the new uniforms. All appear to be very average or slim [in weight]. Not one is a person who is large-busted, or a large overhanging belly or hips. The button down style, especially having to be tucked in, is an embarrassing nightmare for those that are not an "athletic" body type. And no vest to hide our “problem areas”.
I know a lot of Leadership don’t like the vest, but for me I appreciate that it gives me pockets to put my keys, pen, handheld, & keep my hand in it to conceal cash while getting change or doing a pick up. Unlike men’s pants, many women’s styles do not come with pockets.
The company would never be able to pick a color that everyone would agree on so whether I like the gray isn’t the point. But, I do agree with the many comments that this color will be most likely to show sweat stains.
And my final comment is regarding the black pants. Anyone who has had to wear this color for a uniform will agree that the major problem is that after a few washings (even using cold water) the color looks more like a faded dingy dark gray.
Additionally, I am concerned for team members who will experience a financial hardship having to now buy black pants. I have made all my team members aware of this in case they will be buying new pants before my wave goes into effect."
Walgreens has social media- and we all connect through it! Through comment discussions regarding tips and tricks, to showcasing the great qualities about Walgreens, discussion about the new wave of uniforms occured. Every signature on this petition will be in general agreeance for a reevaluation- REVISION, if you will, of the new uniforms. These uniforms consist of black pants for all front store team members, and long button-down black shirts to match. Alongside that, shirts must be tucked in. These requirements were not discussed with anyone who actually works at a Walgreens store. During a pandemic, we have joined and stayed by WAG's side, and we want to continue to work for this company comfortably enough within our bounds of physical abilities.
