Back in 2003, Starbucks Introduced the Pumpkin Spice Latte. When it became popular, other restaurants, such as McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, and more came up with their own versions. Then, other items added pumpkin or pumpkin spice flavor or scent. Desserts, cereals, cupcakes, even candles and air fresheners cam up with a pumpkin spice scent. A plethora of products now have either a pumpkin or pumpkin spice flavor or scent.

Therefore, we the undersigned, being of sound mind and body, hereby declare that , except for pumpkin pie for/on Thanksgiving, until November 30, 2018, we will not make pumpkin spice, or knowingly consume any food or beverage item containing pumpkin or pumpkin spice, or pumpkin/pumpkin spice flavor. We will also not purchase any item with a pumpkin or pumpkin spice scent
