Please support the petition to dismiss material witness charges against Quindarius Zachary and waive any requirements for his testimony with the Fulton County DA. Mr. Zachary suffers from sickle cell and he’s also currently hospitalized with pneumonia and complications from sickle cell. He’s in a great deal of pain and is under the influence of medications, including heavy narcotic pain relievers, and his testimony offers little probative value but runs significantly high risks to his mental and physical health and wellbeing. Testimony is being pushed by DA Adriane Love, who has a significant history of lying to the court in this case. There are many injustices associated with this case, but this issue needs our immediate intervention and support.
