We would like to address the issue of the long waiting time for getting an appointment for a family reunion visa at the Germany Embassy in Islamabad. Currently, the wait time for the embassy to get an appointment is around 18 months which is frustrating and stressful. We ask Ambassador Bernhard Schlagheck to please review the current situation and improve the process by either shifting cases to Karachi or increasing the capacity at German Embassy in Islamabad.
