There are NO Waffle Houses in California. In fact, “Waffle House is indeed primarily a Southern phenomenon with a few surprising and unusual patterns in a couple metro areas. Phoenix and Denver have a handful of locations, but there are none in California.” Well that’s just sad. There should be more Waffle Houses spread out. They’re food is the epitome of that great, greasy, you-know-it’s-terrible-for-you-but-you-want-it-in-your-mouth-anyways food. Friends in California deserve to have that.
