Purchased vehicle on Vroom the last week of Oct. Delivered with no temp tag. Finally received a temp tag on December 3rd. Went to the DMV m to have the VIN ran and a title hasn’t even been applied for. Calls to Vroom results in being on hold and noone answers. Emails and social media DMs go unanswered. Soon I will have a 2021 Silverado truck I cannot drive.

I used Vroom a couple years ago with no issues. With lack of inventory across the US, Vroom had the vehicle I was looking for with the specs I wanted. 

A consistent theme here across social media platforms are complaints from customers. A big company such as Vroom had to know this is an issue and be held accountable. Customers shouldn’t be fooled by their deceptive ads.
