The heart and soul of each SBNation community is in its readers, members, writers, and most importantly its commentators. 

The system that Vox Media is attempting to make standard- Coral- has already swept through many SBNation sites. The communities have dwindled. The participation has dwindled and the the sites have lost their luster and glory.

The Coral system makes it harder to comment, engage in and with the community, and will cause many to lose their interest. 

Sign this petition and let Vox Media know that they will lose subscribers, traffic, and much more if they decide to continue to make CORAL the standard. 

The system isn't broken, change for the sake of change is counterproductive. Go to any of the SBNation football sites and they will tell you that the system is bad. You will learn that many subscribers have left. Try to comment and 50% of the time the auto bot will flag your comments as spam or be placed under review for approval. 

The CORAL system is awful and does not need to be implemented.
