The People's Pledge 

In this political season,  I pledge to treat people with kindness, respect, and decency, knowing that my intentions and actions matter.    

I pledge to use words, both on and offline, that are honest, useful, and respectful.

I will speak my voice without using hateful language or name-calling.

I vow to listen deeply to other people, including those who may have different or opposing views. 

I know that regardless of our worldview, each of us are more alike than we are different, and that our diversity is our strength.
