Petition to the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia
Request for the Dismissal of the Prime Minister and Dissolution of the Parliament
To His Excellency the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia,

We, the undersigned citizens of Australia, respectfully submit this petition seeking the exercise of the Governor-General’s constitutional and reserve powers to dismiss the current Prime Minister, the Honourable Anthony Albanese MP, and to dissolve the Parliament of Australia.

This petition is made in good faith and in the interests of preserving public confidence in democratic governance, responsible administration, and the welfare of the Australian people.

Grounds for This Petition
We submit that the current Government has demonstrably failed to uphold its obligations to the Australian people in several critical areas:

1. Inaction on Mass Immigration and Population Pressures
The Government has failed to adequately address widespread community concern regarding historically high levels of immigration without corresponding investment in housing, infrastructure, health services, and employment opportunities. This has contributed to severe housing shortages, rental stress, and downward pressure on wages, disproportionately affecting everyday Australians.

2. Failure to Address Rising Hate Speech and Anti-Semitism
There has been an inadequate and inconsistent response to the documented rise in hate speech, including anti-Semitic incidents and intimidation. Many Australians believe the Government has failed to provide clear leadership, enforce existing laws, and safeguard social cohesion.

3. Uncontrolled Ministerial and Government Spending During a Cost-of-Living Crisis
At a time when Australians are experiencing unprecedented cost-of-living pressures—including rising energy costs, food prices, rents, and interest rates—the Government has continued unchecked ministerial and public expenditure. This has eroded public trust and raised serious concerns about fiscal responsibility.

4. A Breakdown of Trust Between the Government and the Australian People
The current Labor Government has, in our view, broken faith with everyday Australians by failing to honour commitments, disregarding public consultation, and governing in a manner that appears disconnected from the lived realities of citizens. Confidence in the Government’s ability to govern effectively and responsibly has been materially diminished.

Request for Constitutional Intervention
In light of these failures, we respectfully request that the Governor-General:

Dismiss the Prime Minister, the Honourable Anthony Albanese MP, due to a demonstrated loss of public confidence and failure of responsible government;
Dissolve the Parliament of Australia, enabling the Australian people to determine their future leadership through the democratic process;
Appoint a caretaker administration, consistent with constitutional conventions, to ensure continuity of government; and
Call an emergency federal election within six (6) months, allowing Australians to exercise their democratic right to elect a government that reflects their will and priorities.

Conclusion
This petition is not made lightly. It reflects a deep and growing concern among Australians that the current Government no longer governs in the national interest. We affirm our respect for Australia’s constitutional system and submit this request with the belief that the Governor-General’s role as guardian of democratic stability and responsible government may now require decisive action.

We thank Your Excellency for considering this petition in the spirit of constitutional duty and service to the Australian people.

Respectfully submitted,
The People of Australia
