The committee hearing for Colorado State House Bill (HB 1356) – the FDA PMTA Vaping Banning Bill – was delayed from March 21st until April, 2024.  We will let you know the date of the rescheduled committee hearing soon.

HB 1356 is like legislation that has been introduced in nearly 40 other State Legislatures across the nation.  Similar bills have been defeated in nearly every state.  With your help, we will defeat HB 1356 in the Colorado State Legislature. 

Letter to the Editor:  Would you be willing to sign your name as a vape shop owner in a letter to the editor in your local newspaper? If so, please reply to this email.

Senate Bill 22:  Two weeks ago, Colorado State Senate bill 22 was defeated in the Colorado State Legislature.  Thank you to the legislators who voted against this bill that would have made it easier for Colorado County Commissioners to ban flavored vaping products.
