Dylan ceglarek has been in the Volusia County Jail for a non-violent crime for almost 2 years. There is a terrible COVID-19 virus going on with many inmates and guards testing positive for the virus. He has the right to a speedy trial and he's gotten no word on when this trial will be. 

We want him to be released for time served. 

He has been an exemplary prisoner. He was even made a trustee in the jail for a period of time. He went in as a minor and chose to stay in and not be bonded out so that he could serve time for his alleged crimes. Because of the nature of the crime he was allegedly involved with, the nation-wide media frenzy exaggerated his part due to public pressure. He is a good, kind individual who has no priors. He is not a danger to himself or to anyone else. And he has a large amount of friends, family, and acquaintances ready to fight for him and to stand behind him and bear witness to his character.

There is no benefit to Dylan, his family, the system, the taxpayers, or the jail to keep him incarcerated any longer. He is a very important person to many people, and they need him home.
