As you may or may not have known, Shiro, our beloved captain, dies in the original Voltron. Shocker, that one of the best characters on Voltron, dies. by a hit to the head. Pretty un-heroic if I do say so myself, but who am I to judge a professional scriptwriter.

Back to the point, Shiro is one of the best, if not the best, fighters the paladin squad (yes, i called it a squad, don't judge me), from years of fighting for survival in the Galra ship, he has truly become a great fighter. 

Another great point about him is how he selflessly sacrifices himself for others, i,e, that moment on the Galra ship when Matt was terrified to fight, he sacrificed himself so Matt wouldn't have to fight. 

Last point is his obvious leadership skills, he is the only one (along with Allura at times) that can control the rambunctious bunch and keep their spirit alive at the same time. He encourages everyone and truly believes in them, and never gives up on trying to improve himself. Shiro is the best possible leader and if he is to be replaced I doubt anyone could be on par with him. They all look up to him, and to be completely honest so do I. (lol)

Bonus point, Shiro is absolute eye-candy. His face is aesthetics along with that body. I rate 1000000/10. Plus the white tuft of hair really suits him. Another plus, is his always on fleek eyeliner, like, this boy got mad eyeliner skillz. Girls need to learn from him. THIS IS YET ANOTHER REASON WHY YOU SHOULD LET HIM STAY ON THE SHOW.

So with all due respect, we, the fans, would be very disappointed if Shiro actually died, so I'm begging you, the scriptwriters and the production team, to let Shiro stay on the show. (preferably forever)

(Because if he dies, I die along with him)
