The new Scirocco is beautiful. There is a huge presence of Volkswagen drivers in the U.S. whether it be enthusiasts or just everyday people that need a car to drive and appreciate how great Volkswagens are. Sure Scirocco sales may cause a decrease in GTI sales but if you priced the Scirocco right you would sell a lot of both and would definitely be worth bringing it over to the US market. I'm a huge fan of the older Scirocco's and Corrado's. I currently own a Corrado and there's just been a huge void that's been waiting to be filled in the US market once Corrado production was haulted. Sure the GTI is a great car I'd love one but the GTI will never be a Scirocco or a Corrado and I think Volkswagen is missing out on a huge customer base. The Volkswagen community has been asking for more models and options for a long time now! It's time VW brings them stateside!
