We're calling on the BBC & EBU to void & refund all tickets unfairly sold on 7th March 2023 and to resell them via the BBC website in a fair queue system that works. Ticketmasters website could not cope with the volume of fans wanting tickets & unfairly kicked people to the back of the queue after their website repeatedly crashed.

Ticketmaster also sold tickets at also DOUBLE the price they were advertised to be on the BBC Eurovision & official Eurovision websites. This was before added fees in the checkout.

Many tickets were picked up by bots & scammers & are now being resold on third party websites.

The whole process was a mess & a global broadcaster & institution such as the BBC owes its loyal viewers & fans a better service.
