4G/WIFI Calling and Call Waiting on VOXI.
The Issue
VOXI customers have been given the bare minimum service. We do not have access to 4G calling, WiFi Calling which is restricting us on how and what circumstances we can use our services in. Also, we do not have call waiting which brings the ability to put calls on hold whilst taking another one. We aren’t asking for conference calling but call waiting can be introduced without the conference calling feature.
Making calls over 3G is slower and the quality is not always good. It also stops us using data whilst on a call. We have to wait until we are off the call or connect to WiFi whilst on the call which can be hard depending on the location you are in.
The main reason why they haven’t bought it in is because “VOXI is a prepaid service and this is a premium feature”. This is what most of the employees say.
We deserve better than this. Please help us make pay as you go faire for everyone.
