Drafting class action lawsuit against Vivint for bait and switch and inducing duress.

The Issue

I am gathering signatures so that I can start a class action lawsuit or have Vivint resolve the complaints. Everyone I have polled in person that has Vivint has the same problem as me, victims of bait and switch tactics and then putting customers in a state of duress when signing final contract.

As an example, in my case I was quoted around $45 for service by salesman, and then pushed on adding additional components to the system to have that financed by a bank at 0% interest, if I didn't purchase additional components at that time I would have to buy them outright later, but he failed to mention I would be charged a monthly service fee for each item, including wall outlets, I wouldn't know this until after installer was finished.  So I went ahead and got basically a full system, and signed documents for financing that came out to $66/month until paid off.  So that would be $45 for service and $66 for equipment (which would eventually be paid off).  The salesman left and installer came, he immediately said he would have to charge for things salesman said he would throw in for free, which I agreed to, mostly little things like glass break sensors, however I wasn't quoted, it was just a quick conversation, while this wasn't main contributor to inflated price it is another example of bait and switch.

After installing he pulls out tablet and says it's $140/month for service instead of $45, I was shocked, and he had already finished installing the system.  I called sales rep and he mixed a bunch of words around and said loyalty company would fix, and I felt quite obligated to sign since the installer had been working in my house all day literally drilling holes in my walls and roof to mount everything.  So I regretfully did with the hope that loyalty department would fix it. After multiple phone calls and hours on the phone best they offered was $20 off, which was still vastly more than I wanted to pay.  So I refused the discount to protect my legal rights.

I am requesting Vivint take back all of the equipment they installed, and pay off remainder of loan, in addition to fully cancelling service.  If this does not happen it will go to legal system as class action, I am not the minority in this case.  This eats away at me on a daily basis, in addition to the simple fact the product does not work consistently at all, buggy, crashes, some features simply don't work, etc.  Certainly not as advertised in addition to illegal sales tactics.
