Dolly Parton has the Imagination Library and is passionate about fighting illiteracy due to her own father being smart but illiterate.  The world will listen to Dolly if she informs them that reading and learning delays can still be caused by visual problems even if the child has 20/20 eyesight.  Convergence Insufficiency is a leading contributor to reading and learning delays.  Dolly Parton would be phenomenal with a Public Service Announcement to educate the public.
