I cannot tell you how sorry I am to report this. I spoke to the bills sponsor, Senator Marsden, and he said that he will try again. He doesn't know it, but I will be laying the groundwork for him this time around. I will amp up the coverage and I have a year to do it. I will do all that I can to make this as big of a political issue as I can, and I will need your help more than ever. The fight isn't done until Kelly is home. That is just the way I feel about it.
