Henrico County Circuit Court Judge Lee A. Harris Jr. is up for re-appointment to his position as 14th District of Virginia (Henrico County Circuit Court) in 2022 and the Joint Judicial committee meets on December 10, 2021 to send its approvals to the Virginia General Assembly to approve his reappointment. 

Henrico County Circuit Court Judge Lee A. Harris Jr. is an avid supporter of "White Nationalism", defined as as the belief, theory, or doctrine that white people are inherently superior to people from all other racial and ethnic groups, and that in order to preserve their white, European, and Christian cultural identities, they need or deserve a segregated geographical area, preferential treatment, and special legal protections.

There are two pending complaints filed in Louisa County Circuit Court (Case No. CL 21000138) and Henrico County Circuit Court (Case No. CL216572) against Judge Lee A. Harris Jr. for numerous ethics violations of the Virginia Judicial Canons and the Virginia Code of Professional Conduct, also numerous Constitutional violations which include Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242 Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law.

The evidence in the two complaints filed against Judge Lee A. Harris Jr. includes that he is promoting "white nationalism" in the Henrico County Circuit Court where he and eight other Defendants were protecting forty (40) white "affluent middle to upper class businessmen, lawyers, doctors" who were involved in a 600-kilo cocaine distribution organization that operated in Richmond, Virginia for over ten years. Judge Lee A. Harris Jr. and the other eight defendants, most who were prosecutors, only charged and prosecuted three (3) people of color, giving the two black defendants harsh prison sentences.

Judge Lee A. Harris Jr. is part of the "good ol' boy" system that believes middle to upper class white defendants are subject to a slap on the wrist sentence while "people of color" are given harsh prison sentences, who are used for the prison labor system run by corporations. Henrico County data proves that people of color are sentenced to 3 times more than white defendants.

Judge Lee A. Harris Jr. has been a Henrico County Circuit Court judge for over thirty (30) years, he is long past due to be removed and its time to break up the "good ol' boy" system which supports "white nationalism" in the Virginia Justice system.
