Restaurants in Virginia, particularly here in the Valley, can not survive on a straight 50% seating capacity. We are imploring the VDH in conjunction with The Governor's office to consider lifting this restriction for restaurants that have limited seating and no bar area. Outside seating is becoming a non-option for most us. We are begging the State to consider at least easing restrictions on a case by case basis, instead of across the board, while allowing us to put up partitions to separate guests.
