Virgin are excessively charging their customers for excess data usage and cannot justify their charges - no reason, just because. In dealing with Virgin they cannot adequately advise why data costs change once you exceed your plan. If you purchase a product and run out of that product, when you go to the shop to  re-purchase that product is the same price. At Virgin, you can buy a product (data) at a low cost, however when you run out of data they will then charge you 5 times the normal price & cant explain why this is. Virgin needs to stop this ridiculous activity and treat their customers kindly and with respect.
