It has been brought to our attention that three members of the board have voted to have many areas of the grass removed at Hallcraft Villas Scottsdale II and replaced with rock. This decision was made without input from the community and this petition serves to keep the current grass. 

Many homeowners at Villas Scottsdale II attribute buying property here to the grass, which is a feature that many properties in Scottsdale lack. It adds to the property values, keeps the temperature cooler in the community, is much more visually appealing, and is much safer (often times homeowners complain of tripping on the rocks). 

The decision to turn grass areas in to rocks will not change our HOA fees, therefore does not serve a practical purpose.

Please sign if you agree either that we should keep the grass, or at the very least have a decision like this come down to a community vote/decision.
