This park has been a part of the sachem community for years. You used to be able to go to the park on any nice spring or summer day and find people playing basketball. Most of the sachem community can say they have played basketball at this park. It really impacted the community when they took the the rims down. There are no nice basketball courts in the area so getting this court back would be a huge deal for the community. Please sign the petition to get our court back
