This request for change is inspired and advocated by people of Conway’s community. When we give people the opportunity to voice their opinions, hopes and dreams, we should also actively listen and take in consideration over our own personal feelings to a matter that effects our surroundings as a whole.

Conway confederate monument , a symbol born out of the 1920’s was a representation and a milestone of a time that although on paper, all man were created equal and justice and liberty of all was written in our declaration of independent. That wasn’t necessary the case for African and native  people, in all reality. 

If we explore this opportunity , we can influence in a positive direction and atmosphere to provoke change that this city, and country has hear about but never seen. We have the opportunity in Conway, Arkansas to show this world how, we have the power to liberate one another. We have the opportunity to write whatever wrong is done in the past for a better present and brighter future. We have the opportunity to reshape our history to truly be for all people. Understand as we advocate for change, that we prepare for hard work ahead.Let’s be hopeful as we work together to for our new tomorrow.
