Victoria Park continues to gain a lot of attention, momentum and support as the preferred location for a new 60,000-65,000 AFL / cricket stadium (and the Brisbane Olympics Stadium in 2032).

Victoria Park Stadium ticks all the right boxes, and is the best and most suitable location for our new stadium, in my opinion.

The new cross river rail line from Roma Street station to Exhibition station, runs above the ground, and though Victoria Park, so my overall proposal is to …

✔️ Build Victoria Park AFL / cricket stadium (‘32 Olympic Stadium) to a 60,000+ capacity. 
✔️ Build the Aquatics Stadium at Centenary Pool.
✔️ Build an above-ground game day station on the CRR line to service these stadiums.
✔️ Cancel Brisbane Arena (unless Albo commits to still paying 💯 % & if so build it on the CRR Woolloongabba station site).
✔️ Repurpose the Gabba site into mixed used parklands, with some high-rise apartments, and
✔️ Expand East Brisbane State School precinct into a Prep to G12 college, to take pressure off the BSHS catchment, and BSSSC catchment (which will no doubt be under pressure by 2032).
