Last night a witness reported that a horse trolley loaded with tourists was involved in an accident at the Ogden Point cruise ship teriminal. More details are in the news story below.

This past May there was an accident at the cruise ship terminal with the BC SPCA (BCSPCA) making recommendations to ban the horse carriage from city streets to the City of Victoria - Local Government.

Why are we still waiting for the mayor and council to act?
Please help us hold the city of Victoria accountable for these animal welfare violations by continuing to share this message.  It is long overdue we banned the horse drawn carriages from city streets.
