Dear Supporters, Thank you for your signatures, sharing, and compassion. These horses have been forced to work in the streets of Victoria long enough. It is time for Victoria to become a people powered tourism community that leaves animal exploitation in the past. Because when you remove the layers of inhumane care, collisions, safety concerns, and wasted public money and resources what you have left is an industry that is still indefensible on the simple grounds that horses should not be working in the city streets. The busiest part of the tourist season is just around the corner and our campaign is just getting started. This is when the horses will be forced to work in the hottest conditions and the streets will be busier than ever with both tourists and locals. A recipe for disaster that we hope the City of Victoria will take action to prevent further injury to both horses and people. Please continue to support this petition and our efforts.
