The notes in her chart read "patient very unhappy her son died and wants teeth now!!" This level of callousness is not what one expects from healthcare professionals. Such behavior not only tarnishes their reputation but also undermines trust in dental healthcare providers. We demand accountability from Aspen Dental for their unprofessional practices and lack of empathy towards patients. We urge them to review their customer service policies, ensure transparency in treatments provided, respect patient rights including access to medical records promptly when requested, provide refunds where due without unnecessary delays or obstructions. No person should have to endure such an ordeal while seeking medical care especially during times of personal grief or financial hardship.
