Respected Sir,

We,the students of Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (Main Campus),studying in UG,PG & PhD levels kindly  request you to revoke the transfer order of Dr. Dhananjoy Dutta, issued on 3rd March,2020 [No.Rect/T-Placement/2018/L-962/1(20)].

Dr. Dhananjoy Dutta is not only a mere professor of UG Students and guide of several M.Sc and Ph.D students but also one of the most sincere, efficient, student friendly and helpful mentors who helps the students to excel in every aspect of life and enriches them for their overall development. He has also played the role of Co-ordinator in RAWE Course (of UG 4th Year)since last 3 years.Besides academic guidance for JRF, ADA and other examinations, he played the role of a true guide in several successful Agri-Unifests & students’ year tour programme.

The news of his sudden transfer order has come to us like a bolt from blue as there was no prior notification given and it would be a huge loss for his M.Sc & Ph.D scholars and the UG students will suffer as well.He has eight scholars working under him and two of them are International students, they will be the worst sufferer.

Therefore, we appeal you to revoke his transfer order and restore his position in the Main campus as our Professor & guide. As for the well being of the students of Bankura campus,we request you to let him teach there too simultaneously,if required.
