AP EAMCET for engineering is an entrance examination conducted to 10+2 students for admission into various colleges across Andhra Pradesh in streams of engineering. This year, Engineering EAMCET is conducted from 17th to 25th September. The covid positive students were given a separate test on 7th oct 2020.

JNTU Kakinada; the organiser of AP engineering EAMCET 2020 has released results of the conducted examination with normalized marks and rank on oct 10, 2020 in its official website. There are students whose result is kept aside for phase 2. I have started this petition to ask authorities respond about this issue. Please sign this to support.

According to news paper notification released on the following day: results for supplementary students of AP Inter Board 2019-2020 and non-AP board students were not updated and will be updated in phase 2 results shortly.

In reality, there are pupil who are pass outs of March 2020 board of inter with good percentile, secured very good marks with the result not being announced.

There are so many categories in this:

1.       Students who applied for Revaluation/ re verification.

2.       Pass outs of 2018,19 who did long term.

3.       Covid positive students.

4.       Pupil who failed 2nd year regular exams.

5.       Students other than Board of Inter Andhra Pradesh.

 

On 14th October, rank cards were released without declaration of phase 2 results. Also the dates for counseling and certificate verification has been release in official website.

All these notices are being released officially by the EAMCET authorities with result left undeclared to many aspirants. Toll free number mentioned in official website is unresponsive. There came no reply for the mails sent to the EAMCET Help desk. During the times of Covid, how can every student go to JNTU Kakinada to address this problem?

Students are increasingly worried about this issue day by day as the authorities are not responding about it. There is almost zero coverage about this in the news papers also.

All we need is a press meet to give the status of Phase 2 results and telephone complaint cell which can respond to the complaints of students. Sign this petition  to support all the students.
