Students of 2018 & 2019 Batch of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere are yet to receive their Degree Certificates. It has been 2 yrs since we have been graduated.

Around 2500+ students of Diploma, Graduate, Post-Graduate, PhD courses are yet to receive their Certificates. As per the UGC Guidelines of 2008, University is bound to award degrees within 180 days of declaring the final result. But, our University has failed to do so.

Some of our Graduated students will be completing their Masters in a month or so, for them to get their Masters Degree Certificate, it will be mandatory for them to submit their Graduation Certificate. And, some of them are also pursuing their MS in foreign countries,they are facing immigration clearance issues due to not having a proper degree certificate.

We have tried approaching the University Administration, the Vice Chancellor, the Registrar's Office, the Controller of Examination, but no one has given satisfactory answer. Since 2 years we have not received any formal assurance regarding our Degree Certificates.

Also, there are administration issues which doesn't maintain transparency. The world is progressing so fast but still we have to wait for 15 Days to get our Transfer Certificate (TC) and now apparently more than 2 years to get our Degree Certificates.

In this world of technology, we cannot get any work done via call or email (Ironically, it is the ONLY, so called, "TECHNOLOGICAL" University in the state where no Technology is used). One has to be personally be present for every small thing to be done. As nobody is held accountable for any kind of failure or delay, there is no sense of responsibility and urgency in any kind of work, everything is taken very lightly by the authorities. Its high time now to stop tolerating this and bring a robust and permanent#change and make the life of students "less miserable".

After all this waiting for #DueProcess to be completed, #COVID-19 may have given reason to delay the process indefinitely.
