Viacom is demanding DirecTV increase how much it charges customers for Viacom's 26 channels. Viacom wants consumers to pay more than 30% more for their broadcasting (around 1 billion USD).

What's worse is that Viacom is making DirecTV to be the bad guy in this situation. Running ads saying DirecTV is dropping it's channels and to call DirectTV to demand them to not turn the channels off. It isn't DirecTV doing this, it's all Viacom!

Viacom is being GREEDY, and is trying to pin all the blame on DirtecTV. They are running a smear campaign and need to realize that us consumers will not allow them to deceive us and that we don't appreciate them trying to get us consumers to blame DirecTV.
