Viacom CBS PLEASE Change the Star Trek Fan Film Guidelines (Rules)

Viacom CBS PLEASE Change the Star Trek Fan Film Guidelines (Rules)
The Issue
- Star Trek Fan Films thrived when they were allowed to explore Star Trek's Final Frontier. Starship Exeter and Star Trek New Voyages appealed to Fans of Star Trek; especially after the end of Enterprise. We got to See New Trek with Star Trek Alumni in front of and Behind the Camera. We "The Fans" waited for New Episodes of Star Trek New Voyages, Star Trek Continues and others... Next Adventure. After the Restriction of the Star Trek Fan Film Guidelines their Journeys are now over. We will not see Fan Films like these again. This was one outlet for Fans that wanted to work on Star Trek but could not get to work on an actually produced by CBS/Paramount Star Trek Series.
- I understand Protecting an Intellectual Property and worrying about people confusing Fan Produced "Star Trek" for Studio Produced "Star Trek." True "Star Trek" Fans know the difference. Maybe there should be a way to Distinguish between Professionals and Amateurs working on "Star Trek" Fan Films. Maybe in the Credits of each Production the Professionals should have the word "Professional" next to the Credited Position. It has been mentioned that a low-fee could be paid to allow Fans to use the I.P. Couldn't an Official Star Trek Fan Film Club be started and a Membership Fee cover use of the I.P. with NEW RULES created that allow Fans to create Not-for-Profit Star Trek Fan Films that are Episodic and Not Short Films again for You-tube.com. The On-line Club could supply information and Tools needed to make a Star Trek Fan Film from Star Trek.com. Wouldn't this be an excellent way to interact with the Fans? Possibly in Conjunction with the "Star Trek Film Academy." For those that can not attend.
- I am a long time Star Trek Fan and have followed Trek since I was young and saw Star Trek Popularity Boom in the 70's Syndication. I dreamed of writing for Star Trek or working on a Star Trek TV Series one day. And still do.
