I want to end the monopoly of VFS Global. At some point you might have gone through the services of VFS Global Services around the world. But specially in South Asian countries like India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh they have very poor customer services.
Customers are charged high price for the services provided by VFS Global. They strangely customer by various services which are unnecessary but are forced to take it as they say that’s the only options available. There customer service is very bad. They don’t care about the customer everything is money.  When they do mistakes also they don’t care they will not admit it. They will just say it’s please check our vfs website or contact embassy for further information. Why do we need VFS and pay heavy price for them services if we don’t get the value of our money. We need change. We don’t need middle man for embassy courier services. VFS is very expensive and rude.
