On September 18th, Ting Soon Teck was allegedly attacked by 5 Rottweilers which was left unattended by the owner, Cheah Soo @ Ah Peng near a pond area while fishing with his brother in-law.

These 5 dogs are now being kept at the City Hall animal detention center in Setapak.

As many of you know, dogs should be kept in a secured and safe area therefore, i truly believe that these dogs are innocent on all levels.

Dogs are dogs, humans are humans. The one with the bigger mind should know better therefore, this petition is created in order to spare the lives of the 5 beautiful and innocent dogs.

Please look beyond their species, they are dogs and they protect. The owner should have known better and if there is anyone that needs to be punished, it is definitely not the dogs.

I and behalf on many other civilians from all around the world appeal to the Malaysian government and Veterinary Department to do the right thing. Please spare these dogs, their life is just as precious as yours.
