Dear Community Members,
We, the residents of Vermella Broad St, come together with a shared concern regarding unfulfilled promises made by the property management team. When we chose to make this community our home, we were presented with assurances that were pivotal in our decision-making process. Regrettably, these assurances have not been upheld, leading to significant repercussions for our safety and convenience.
During our initial tours of the premises, we were explicitly promised 24/7 concierge services across both buildings, 355 and 365. This commitment was a cornerstone of our decision to reside here, offering a sense of security and assistance that we valued highly. However, the reality paints a different picture. Building 365 lacks any form of concierge service, exposing us to a series of security breaches, including thefts and package tampering. In building 355, the limited hours of concierge availability from 9 am to 5 pm fail to address our needs outside of these times, leaving us vulnerable and unsupported during crucial periods.
Furthermore, the provision of guest parking, an essential amenity promised to us during our leasing process, remains unfulfilled. We were assured that designated visitor parking spots would be available within secure premises for our guests, allowing them to stay for up to three nights as outlined in our welcome package and lease agreements. However, the absence of such facilities has caused inconvenience, frustration, and additional security concerns for both residents and their visitors, contradicting the terms we agreed upon.
These broken promises not only undermine the trust between residents and management but also jeopardize our overall living experience. Many of us chose Vermella Broad St specifically for these advertised features, and their absence calls into question the integrity of the leasing process.
Therefore, we unite in petitioning the property management team to honor the commitments they made to us. We demand the implementation of 24/7 concierge services in both buildings, as initially promised, and the provision of guest parking in accordance with our lease agreements. These actions are not only necessary to restore our faith in the management but also to ensure the safety, security, and satisfaction of all residents.
