Verizon where is the integrity,we want fairness and equality

The Issue

In the last 3 years Verizon has made a lot of changes. It started with our CEO. Then slowly Verizon change our health care Vendor from MetLife to Sedgewick. This has been an nightmare since the switch. Verizon also hired new payroll audits. It’s always an on going issue with us being paid correctly. An Verizon overall turnaround with processing an off cycle check is ridiculous. I’ve been with my company 16 years. I’ve never seen such an huge disconnect until I move to Irving, Tx to work in Headquaters. Verizon has lost all morals and integrity that they ask us to give them on a daily basis. Verizon claims to have an open door policy. If we utilize the open door policy, we are bullied and isolated . Verizon love the division game. They have told peers not to talk to me. I have been harassed, bullied and humiliated by Verizon. Recently I was diagnosed with Lupus SLE 2/21/19. Instead of my company assisting me. Verizon is trying to push me out. Verizon has went against all my medical paperwork and my doctors orders. Verizon has discussed my medical with peers. Which is a violation. Verizon also allowed a Manager to play in my scooter which I use to get around with when I’m at work.  My peers recorded him and sent me the video. I feel so violated and humiliated. I feel victimized everyday at work. Verizon is trying to force me out the business to do long term disability. Now grated I should still be getting  paid now on short term, but I’m not.  Verizon is blocking my claim with Sedgewick. I’m in the biggest battle of my life with Lupus SLE. It’s no cure for what I have. Verizon has done a lot of shady and underhanded things this year.  I’m so disappointed with my company and how their treating me and many others. In times like this we need to all come together, so Verizon can treat us all better. We really need diversity and inclusion. So much has happened, instead of moving forward. It seems we’ve taken some steps back. Verizon needs to retrain leadership on the appropriate things to do an say in the workplace. I currently work in a racist hostile working environment. I’ve called Complaince on leadership 4 times this year, nothing has been done. I have a paper trail going back 3 years of inconsistencies with the business. How they change people schedules, times and attendance. Verizon has falsified documents on me to fit their narrative. Verizon has went against 5  of my doctors orders. My doctors was very detailed about my work accommodations. I still don’t have my work accommodations. Verizon claim it’s Sedgewick but we all know Verizon pays Sedgewick. Verizon has been constantly bullying me.  I’m very vocal about the changes and the inconsistencies in the business. I told Verizon Im not going out without a fight. Verizon needs to pay me what they owe me. An overall just do the right thing by everyone.
