For years the good people of Marlboro, New Jersey have being dealing with sub par internet service from Optimum. There has been numerous complaints filed regarding poor customer service and product service. Most Optimum customers in our area experience daily or weekly disruptions with our services and this is not acceptable, especially because we rely on our internet now more than ever. However, Optimum has refused to address these issues, partly because they hold a monopoly in Marlboro and they know that we have no other options for high speed internet. This needs to be changed. Every town surrounding Marlboro has been wired up for Verizon Fios except for us. The goal of this petition is to let Verizon know that we want their service in our town. The signatures on this petition will show Verizon that we are serious about switching and that there is a dire need for their service in our town. Please sign this petition if you want to bring Verizon Fios to Marlboro NJ. The more signatures that we can collect, the greater impact we will have.
