Veggie Grill is an LA-based, 100% plant-based, fast-food company cofounded by T.K Pillan that originated in Irvine, California in 2006. By 2018, they’ve expanded all over California with 29 locations. Since then, they’ve opened up restaurants in Seattle, Chicago, Boston, and even New York! 

Because of the Coronavirus, some of their restaurants were temporarily shut down, including some in California, Seattle, Boston, New York and all four locations in Chicago! Many people, such as myself, were left jobless, and with less plant-based options.

On March 18th of 2020, all four Chicago locations (The Loop, River North, West Loop, and Lakeview) were forced to shut down, resulting in unemployment for around 30 Chicagoans. 

We need Veggie Grill to help out the Chicago community by reopening one (if not all) restaurant(s) to support their employees and plant-based community! Let Veggie Grill know how much you miss them here in Chicago by signing this petition.
