The Game Ban has been overly abused. Most recently Rockstar is using it to ban basically any player whom they find to be using mods ... even in single player. Even worse, I've seen and heard of people being banned from games just for writing a  Not Recommended review. Which is just ridiculous as not all Not Recommended reviews are bad.

The concept of the Game Ban is unfair to the consumer in most every way as it takes the entire game away for however long the publisher/developer feels like taking it away for. Takes away a product that the consumers themselves have purchased. From what I've seen, there is no restraint as to why a user is banned from a game and next to no way to monitor these reasons as they can easily be made up.

This needs to be removed or drastically changed.
