VAC (Valve Anti Cheat) system instead of eliminating cheaters makes them more frequent and everyday people with dozen of games of steam get banned with no reason

As a proud PC gamer i'd like to update policies to allow:

• Ban lift after some time since banning a person for one year is more than enough time to make him think about his bad behaviour
• Instant exclusion from games having delayed bans does allow cheaters to ruin others games for a lot of time, kicking them from games instantly would make a better experience for everyone
• Let VAC banned users know why were they banned for so they can know why, how and when all that happened

Having a 1000€ worth Steam account makes me effectively a customer so i'd like to have my right tutelated
