It has come to our attention that an horrible act of cruelty to animals has been committed in ZATRENI Commune ( Fauresti Village ), Valcea County - Romania - in luna Aprilie 2015, as presented in the statement release by the Association " A Doua Sansa Ramnicu Valcea - We also know that the local Police has been informed YET, no action to find and punish the perpetrators has been taken, quite the contrary.
Am aflat de un act de cruzime oribil impotriva animalelor savarsit la ZATRENI ( Sat Fauresti ) Judetul Valcea -n in luna aprilie 2015, asa cum reiese din informatia pusa de Asociatia " A Doua Sansa Ramnicu Valcea "
Stim ca politia locala a fost instiintata dar a refuzat sa investigheze si sa gaseasca persoana ( persoanele) care a (au ) comis acest act de barbarism.

We ask the Romanian authorities mentioned above to immediately start the investigation and bring to justice the perpetrator(s) based on the Romanian Legislation for the protection of animals, in force in Romania

This atrocity has been reported to the Police by Mrs. Ionescu St Maria from Sat Fauresti - Zatreni Commune , Valcea County.
Aceasta atrocitate a fost raportata la politia locala de catre Doamna Ionescu St. Maria din Satul Fauresti, Comuna Zatreni.
It is a disgrace for a civilized country NOT to punish these acts and the world already KNOWS that Romania has a very bad reputation regarding the way animals are treated and the way the authorities choose NOT to punish these crimes.
Este rusinos pentru o tara civilizata ca aceste acte de cruzime sa nu fie pedepsite si intreaga lume deja stie ca Romania are o reputatie foarte proasta pentru felul in care sunt tratate animalele si pentru faptul ca autoritatile NU doresc sa pedepseasca aceste crime.
