Vaccination Drive for Street Dogs for Their Safety and The Kids'

The Issue

I'm so excited to share with you a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our furry friends and our children. This campaign aims to protect dogs from rabies and other diseases and prevent the spread of these diseases to humans, especially children who often play with or near dogs.

Why is this campaign so important? Well, let me tell you some facts that will shock you. According to the World Health Organization, rabies kills about 59,000 people every year, and most of them are children under 15 years old. Rabies is transmitted by the bite of an infected animal, usually a dog. In fact, dogs are responsible for 99% of human rabies cases. That means that every day, about 160 people die from a preventable disease that can be eliminated by vaccinating dogs.

But that's not all. Vaccinating dogs also benefits the dogs themselves. Vaccinated dogs are healthier, happier and less likely to suffer from other diseases or injuries. They also have a lower risk of being killed or abused by people who fear or hate them. Vaccinating dogs also reduces the number of unwanted puppies that are born on the streets and face a life of hardship and suffering.

So how can you help? It's simple. You can donate to the vaccination campaign and support the amazing work of the veterinarians and volunteers who are going from street to street to vaccinate the dogs. Every Rupee you donate can save a life. A single rabies vaccine costs only ₹350, and it can protect a dog for up to three years. That means that with just ₹350 you can, you can vaccinate a dog and prevent six potential rabies cases. Along with that, you can protect the dog from contracting and spreading a deadly disease.

Isn't that amazing? I think it is. That's why I'm asking you to join me in this cause and donate whatever you can to the vaccination campaign. Together, we can make a difference for the street dogs and the children of our city. We can make our city safer, healthier and more humane for everyone.

To donate*, please refer to the QR Code below and follow the instructions. You can also share this blog post with your friends and family and spread the word about this important initiative. Thank you so much for your generosity and compassion. You are awesome!

*Your donation will strictly be used for the vaccination of dogs and you will receive a receipt of your donation.
