The students of the University of West Indies, Mona are tired. Without being consulted, it was decided that all our notes, tutorial sheets, past papers, etc would literally be taken from us in the middle of the night.

Many students download course material as needed, as it is the norm for it to always be there. If this was the plan all along, it should have been shared with us beforehand so that we could prepare ourselves accordingly. This was an unfair and unjust act. 

We, the student body of the University of the West Indies, Mona, are asking for all course material to be reuploaded to OURVLE so that we can study for our exams. We are in the middle of a pandemic and lecturers have stated that the exams themselves will be more difficult and that we won’t be able to look in our notes to get answers. We just want to be able to study and have a chance at passing our final exams.
