In this pandemic, HNB Garhwal Central University is conducting offline exams for all the students from all the semesters and courses. Positive cases are at peak in Uttrakhand, but they don't care about the lives of students. As majority of the students are from Non Uttarakhand states and they need to travel from one state to another, which will definitely show a rise in number of cases.
