The 3rd semester exam of utkal University is scheduled to be held on the 2nd week of December that is just after 3 months of 2nd semester exam was finished in the last week of August.

Even 2 /3rd the syllabus isn't finished yet,so all the students who are currently studying their 3rd semester in various degree colleges that comes under Utkal University should sign this petition for a new shedule of the 3rd semester examination atleast giving us 40 days more to study for the 3rd semester exam
