During this very uncertain and frightening time, where people are being asked to isolate and stay at home, it goes without saying that utility bills are going to be considerably higher, whilst incomes are much, much lower.

I believe that the utility companies are well placed financially to reduce bills during this time, and thus help those that need help.  We are all trying to do our bit to stop this virus in its tracks, and all financial support, whether from utility companies, tv licence reduction, council tax reduction or such like, will offer much needed re-assurance to millions of people in respect of their ability cope financially during this time.
