On the afternoon of July 16th myself, another passanger and my then 4 year old daughter were driving north on 1-15 in Ogden, Utah when we witnessed my greatest fear, a dog falling from the bed of a pick up truck going roughly 80 MPH. This dog was okay, but very scared and was lucky to be alive. This act is something that is very common in Utah and puts our beloved pets and family members at a high risk of injury or death. Myself and the Humane Society of Utah are working diligently to make this illegal in the state of Utah. Now, this is where you come in.
