An unfair series of events has unfolded, as the State of Utah has decided not to renew the Concessions Contract for SLMX dba Throttle 215 Mx Park and it’s entire facility for undisclosed reasons. Throttle 215 Mx Park is a very professional and dedicated organization that provides a safe family-friendly environment for Motocross riders and alike to ride at and enjoy the great outdoors of Utah.

The State Parks & Recreation have not provided a reason as to why the concessions contract is not being renewed. The government employees have stated that the decision has been made and will not hold a meeting so, the park and the public can voice their opinions. Throttle 215 Mx Park has lost our right to explain our position. You have lost your right, as a citizen, to disagree with their decision. The MX Park has been a positive place for families to come together and give kids something to look forward to. It has been host to Outdoor Racing, Dealer Demo Rides and Runnercross for the past 5 years.

This is truly an unfair situation and abuse of power by our government. Something must be done! Please help Throttle 215 Mx Park and all citizens of outdoor sports by signing this petition. If enough signatures are acquired you too can help save Throttle 215 Mx Park.
